It was just a great fit for a weekend adventure in London with good value for money. The toilet situation was really poor, and we had to deal with a filthy one. Be prepared to seek alternative bathroom options.

I stayed here for two nights and found it so convenient being just about a 15-minute walk to Kensington Palace and even closer to the stunning Hyde Park, which allowed for lovely morning strolls amidst nature. the strong shower and clean room were nice touches after a day of exploring the city.

During my three-night stay, I found the lack of towel changes problematic, needing to be present for room cleaning to get fresh towels. The bathroom in the apartment felt cramped, especially for anyone larger. maneuvering around was a challenge, and the slanted floor added an element of concern for those unsteady on their feet. As for the kitchen, I encountered a faulty stovetop, which took four days to finally get fixed, limiting my ability to cook as planned. while the apartment met basic needs, several aspects could use improvement to enhance comfort.

The location offered easy access to nearby parks and attractions, with a clean and well-maintained room featuring a comfortable kitchenette. the lack of a lift meant navigating numerous stairs, and limited kitchen utensils made self-catering challenging. the thin walls allowed for noise from adjacent rooms to be quite disruptive, affecting overall comfort during the stay.

this place is absolutly beautiful, location is great and really felt like home with all the stuff in the kitchenette. The staff was super nice and helpfull, it was pretty comfy. We were just bummed we came in late because of our flight issues.

the shower floor had some bubbles and we struggled a bit with the heating and coffee maker cuz there were no directions. Also only got 2 towels and had to ask for more.

i enjoyed my stay at msk elite for four nights. the location was perfect, with multiple tube stations and bus stops just a few minutes away. the small kitchenette was a handy feature, equipped with all the cutlery and plates we needed. it really felt like a home away from home. the staff were also very kind.

Just spent 4 nights in a cozy studio! Super close to two tube stations, which made getting around so easy. Loved the little kitchenette for making coffee. The bathroom was a bit snug, but it worked. A downside was the lack of daily cleaning, just remember to ask for the complimentary cleaning if you're there more than 3 nights. Lots of food options nearby too!

the location is really amazin, super close to hyde park and shops. the air conditioning worked great, which was awesome since it was kinda cold when we got there. our studio was clean and comfy enough for my fam. my daughter loved the cozy vibe. if we go to london again, this place is def on our list!

My stay in the Standard Studio was pleasing. The location near Hyde Park truly enhanced my visit, making it easy to explore. I did face a bit of trouble with the hot water on the fourth floor, but the clean apartment and helpful staff made up for it. I'd happily return.
